Kate Harris, MT-BC

Kate Harris, MT-BC, is originally from Mississippi. Kate graduated with a Bachelor of Music Therapy from Loyola University New Orleans with voice as her primary instrument. She is now a board-certified music therapist, specializing in working with autism and IDD.

Kate is a co-founder of The Cross-Cultural Music Therapy Foundation, which is working with communities both locally and globally to change the way people think about music. She is currently serving as Secretary for The Oregon Association for Music Therapy. Kate is also a singer and bassist with the band, Stoneface Honey.
